Books in our free shop are provided by Book-Cycle.
Book-Cycle is a registered charity based in Exeter, England. They collect unwanted books and house them in one of their free bookshops. Here you are invited to choose some books and pay whatever you wish! After minimal running costs, the proceeds send relevant literature to developing countries and go towards planting trees around Britain.
Book-Cycle also offers a range of other free services including internet access, a ‘Bring Your Own Art’ exhibition, independent film screenings and seed banks. They are run entirely by volunteers and seeks to promote a fair, more enlightened vision of the future.
